Pumpkin pie for Halloween


The traditional pumpkin pie is always great, but here is a simple recipe to enjoy making it:



9 inch unbaked pie shell
2 Cups pumpkin or 1 -15 oz. can
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon ginger
¾ teaspoon cinnamon

In a large bowl, blend all the ingredients together, except the pie shell. Pour the mixture into a pie shell and bake it at 375 for 50-55 minutes. Let it chill 1 hour...delicious!
